The chart below identifies some of the key people that work with me on every transaction. I constantly strive to work with the “best of the best”, and when you decide to work with me, your needs are met by many trusted and experienced industry experts.

Tammy Bell:  My indespensible transaction coordinator is an intergral part of making sure every detail of every transaction happens efficiently and on time.
 
Shelley Ballinger:  Shelley has been working in the real estate industry for more than 8 years in a myriad of  capacities. She is responsible for marketing materials, all web related issues, buyer and seller needs, and runs general operations.

Rod Martin: Our research analysis and graphic design "guy", is also a licensed real estate agent. Rod spends his days surfing the MLS looking for the most attractive 2 unit properties, previewing properties, touring properties with clients, creating listing flyers, and anything else that needs to be done.

Monique Stanford:  With over 15 years of lending and financial consulting experience, Monique is very knowledgeable about all facets of the lending industry and always finds the most competitive rate, regardless of your lending needs. Although Monique is employed by The Loan Source, she works every day in our Los Gatos Intero office to support our needs "in house" and is available to me and my clients 24 hours a day. I have worked with many other lending agents as well as Monique, and although she is my first choice for many reasons, I have many other qualified lenders who I would be happy to refer to you.

Lisa Nunes:   A 12 year veteran of the title and escrow industry, Lisa is my right hand woman when it comes to the processing of a transaction in an efficient and timely manner. She never lets me down and has been present for 100% of my sign offs. Lisa is employed by Old Republic Title but also works in the Los Gatos Intero offices making communication instantaneous. I have also worked closely with Kelly Collishaw at CornerstoneTitle on many transactions and she is an excellent resource and referral as well.
 
Inspectors and Appraisers:   I have developed excellent relationships with a seasoned team of inspectors and appraisers that are available to assist me and my clients every day of the week. These networks are integral pieces in any transaction, helping to place an accurate value, or identify all minor to serious problems with a designated property in a timely manner.
 
Subcontractors:   Whether you need a landscaper, plumber, electrician, home stager, painter or any home improvement specialist.... I have the relationship. In my years as a home developer, I established and retained top quality contractors in every facet of the home repair and improvement industry. Feel free to call me any time for a referral.

Intero Foundation:   I am proud to be part of a company that has established and supports its' own charitable foundation.
